Shipping & Returns


  • When will your order arrive?
    Please allow 24 hours for processing and issuing of registration codes. For other hardware items delivery is usually 5-7 working days within New Zealand. Sometimes a particular item may not be in stock with the NZ distributor, in this case the item may have to be backordered which can take a lot longer. If you item has to be backordered we will notify you and you can cancel the order without penalty if you wish.
  • Will we deliver to a PO BOX?
    In some cases for smaller hardware items.
  • Will we deliver outside NZ?
    Some smaller hardware items we can deliver to Australia and the UK, however an additional delivery charge may apply. For this reason it maybe worthwhile looking for similar items in your local market.
  • Is there a delivery charge?
    Delivery charges apply for all hardware items shipped within New Zealand. Delivery charges depend on the weight and size of the item. Additional delivery charges apply for shipping outside New Zealand.

  • Can I return the goods?
    Any item that you are not happy with for any reason, can be returned within 10 days. The item must reach us in its original condition and the original packaging must be undamaged. You would be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
    There is no refund whatsoever for the full version registration code, after such time that the registration code have been sent. For this reason it is important that you install and test the trial version fully, making sure it meets your needs before ordering the full version registration code.
  • What if the goods are faulty or incorrectly shipped?
    In this case you would need to notify us within 10 days, we would send a pre-paid courier pack in which you can return the goods.
  • Once I have returned the goods do I get a refund or a credit?
    You would get a refund by the same method in which you paid.
