My preferences and settings are not being saved!

This is a known issue that occurs with i-chart when you are logged in to Windows as a "limited user" account. To resolve this issue either change the user account to "admin" or create a new user account that is an "admin" account. Limited user accounts are not recommended as they can unpredictable behaviour in many software applications. The "user accounts" settings are found in the Windows control panel. If you cannot change these settings you may need to speak to your system administrator.
